The residential building is located in one of the most communicative places in Razgrad. As a result of the increased demand for higher class housing, we and our partners decided to build this residential building.

The building consists of apartments, garages and shops. The building is on 7 floors, new construction, with 45 apartments.

The load-bearing structure is reinforced concrete, and the external partition walls are brick masonry.

For the finishing layers inside and outside, as well as for the building installations of the residential building, have been used materials meeting the European norms for thermal and energy efficiency.
